HOLE ME NOT

"Hole me not" is a game where aliens try to drill holes in you but with every hole you get a new weapon to defend yourself!

How to play the game (there is an in-game guide aswell)

• The idea of the game is that you control planet Earth and are being attacked by an evil alien race.

• When you get struck, holes are drilled on the surface of the planet. 

• If four holes are drilled in you, the game ends.

• But there's a catch. Every drilled hole gives you a weapon for defence for a total of 3 weapons.

• The projectiles fired can be upgraded with points earned overtime or by killing aliens.

• The objective of the game is to fully upgrade all of your weapons (there are 48 upgrade levels, 16 per weapon)

The catch of the game is:

You can only advance if you take risks and get struck by the enemy

That gives you a new weapon but makes the game harder as you have lost one of your four lives.

You have to get hit three times to be able to upgrade all of the weapons and win the game.

Table of contents:

• An infinite scrolling map in all directions
• 3 weapons, each with 16 upgrade levels, 8 for rate of fire and 8 for projectile speed
• Three enemy types

About the creator:

My name is Christian and this is my very first game and game jam. I've dabbled a bit with Unity before but never really made a full game so i'm rather proud of this.

oh and yes, the graphics were made with a ballpoint pen and paper. There reason for that is twofold:

1. I had to sell my drawing tablet a while back :(

2. I was recently playing Fancy Pants Adventure and got inspired
